Meriem Zeghidi is a graduate of the Higher Institute of Fine Arts of Tunis. Her career is driven by a strong conviction: to make culture a vibrant space for exchange, sharing, and freedom of expression. After several years working within French cultural cooperation, she became actively involved with artists from the alternative scene as an artist manager, while also supporting cultural project leaders in structuring and developing their initiatives. She continued this commitment in the field of cinema, serving as the manager of an arthouse cinema and later contributing to the establishment of a regional hub dedicated to documentary filmmaking. Beyond her formal roles, Meriem Zeghidi’s work is grounded in a deeply human approach, shaped by her engagement in Tunisian civil society, where she advocates for access to culture and collective dynamics.
