Art and Social Ties was the theme of the 5th edition of the Contemporary Art Biennale in public spaces, Dream City, initiated by Sofiane and Selma Ouissi and organized by Art Rue Association.
Supported by the Kamel Lazaar Foundation, this edition took place from November 4th-8th 2015 in the Medina of Tunis. It invited four Tunisian artists, three artists from the region of MENA, three artists from sub-Saharan Africa and four artists from Europe.
