Main Mission:

The Kamel Lazaar Foundation (KLF) is a philanthropic organization structured as a non-profit association under Tunisian law. Since 2015, it has been active in the Tunisian artistic and cultural scene and the broader SWANA region. KLF uses contemporary art as a catalyst for social impact through its various entities: the B7L9 Art Centre, the Jaou Tunis Biennale, and the TILAL Utique artist residency. It designs and implements programs and projects aimed at strengthening contemporary artistic expression in Tunisia, promoting artists, and contributing to social transformation through education and training for better socio-cultural integration of youth.

The HR Manager defines and implements the KLF human resources strategy in alignment with its strategic directions, values, and development goals. He/She ensures optimal management of human capital and guarantees that KLF’s HR practices comply with current regulations.

Main Missions

· Develop and deploy the HR strategy in line with the organization’s vision.

· Advise leadership on human and organizational issues.

· Anticipate skills and staffing requirements.

· Supervise recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention.

· Identify professional development and upskilling needs.

· Oversee personnel administration.

· Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory obligations.

· Maintain and update internal policies.

· Maintain constructive social dialogue.

· Prevent and manage conflicts.

· Develop a positive and inclusive organizational culture.

· Define the compensation and benefits policy.

· Supervise performance evaluations.

· Support organizational transformation projects.

Candidate Profile

Education:

· Degree in Human Resources Management, Social Law, Management, or an equivalent field.

Experience:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR.

· Experience in the non-profit, cultural, or international sector is a strong asset.

Required Skills:

· Proficiency in labor law.

· Strategic HR management.

· Proficiency in HR-specific management tools.
